Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional time during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions).
Shipping Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping carriers may experience delays, particularly during high-demand periods. Please be patient, and reach out to us if you have any concerns about a delayed order.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can assist with a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
