Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can use that number to check your shipment status on the carrier’s website.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, Ontac and DHL.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship within the United States only.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If your address is incorrect and the courier marks it as undeliverable, the shipment will be returned to our third-party facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming the correct address.

Refunds & Returns

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than defective, damaged, or misprinted items. If your item is found to be defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement.

How do I report a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email Institute@nam.org within 30 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue. 

What if my order gets lost in transit?
If your order is lost, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we’ll cover the replacement.
